We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to reflect the refund in your account.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
